Fizziobel
offers treatment of sports injuries, headaches, neck and back pain, ante /
post-natal advice and exercises, Pilates, office ergonomics and sports massage.
Fizziobel is
continuing to run as before with Focus Pilates in Malacca Centre but is now
under the name of Focus Pilates. The
original Fizziobel physiotherapists, Jenny Toothill and Dragana Objadin are
remaining with Focus Pilates. As well as physiotherapy assessment and
treatment, both the physiotherapists and Pilates trainers also take one on one
Pilates sessions as well as Pilates classes in the Pilates studio for
rehabilitation, core stability, flexibility and fitness. Pilates can be done by
anyone of any age and has shown to greatly aid recovery, especially in back
pain and most sporting or ergonomic injuries. It is also known to prevent
injuries, whether related to sport, work or just general day-to-day activities.
